Yutong is a writer and image-maker originally from Southwest China of Yunnan. Graduating from Concordia University in Film Studies, they are interested in the informal practice of archiving and documenting, as well as stories related to everyday objects and affection.
This visual project collects fragments and memories of a popular Southern Chinese dish—Steamed Flour Rice Pork.
